Indian Trail Homes in Brook Valley-NC Real Estate

Brook home brook valley Valley is a relatively small community with lovely homes located in Indian Trail NC. The builders for the neighborhood were Lennar and Cambridge Homes.

The neighborhood was developed in the early to mid 2000’s with several ranch and two story single family home designs to choose from.

The homes are of a generous size with living space- typically 2500-3500 heated square feet, most with a two car attached garage. Home prices are usually in the $175,000-$300,000 range.

Brook Valley’s amenities include a nice Community Cabana, Swimming Pool, and Playground for its residents.

Brook Valley is located in Indian Trail, Union County. It is an easy commute time of less than thirty minutes to most anything you would ever need in Charlotte-and, for uptown Charlotte, your drive time would be approximately 50 minutes.

As for things you might need on a daily basis, Brook athletic fields Valley is within ten minutes of major hi-way systems and a couple of new shopping centers with anchor stores of Target and Super Wal-Mart, along with restaurants, banks, grocery stores and the like.

Athletic fields and its neighborhood schools are also within ten minutes!

Union County Public Schools serving Brook Valley home owners are: Shiloh Elementary, Sun Valley Middle School and Sun Valley High School. (There are also plenty of private schools nearby. Schools are subject to change.)

Waxhaw homes in The Reserve-NC Real Estate

The Reserve is a Centex Community located in the reserve centex waxhaw Waxhaw, developed in the mid 2000’s with predominantly two story single family home designs most with classic upgrades like gourmet kitchens, granite countertops, hardwood floors and luxury master suites.

The homes are of a generous size with living space typically 2000-4000 heated square feet, and an attached two or three car garage.

Home prices are usually in the $250,000-$475,000 range.

There is a lovely Community Clubhouse, Junior Olympic Swimming Pool with Water Jungle Gym and Children’s Playground for its residents along with a large pond with a fountain, park area, benches and lighted sidewalks. The Reserve also has an active home owners association.

Just inside Union County right next to South Charlotte, The Reserve is extremely convenient.

It takes less than 15 minutes to get to I-485, Ballantyne Village or Blakeney shopping centers;
with anchor stores like Target, fantastic restaurants, banks, grocery stores and the like. Its neighborhood schools are within walking distance.

And as for a commute time to uptown Charlotte,
your drive time would be approximately 45 minutes.

Taxes are for Union County, therefore about a third off of what you would be paying in Charlotte.

Marvin Middle School and Marvin High School.
